Responsibility
- Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate client meetings, court dates, and internal team schedules using calendar management tools.
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, and pleadings under attorney supervision.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain confidential filing systems (digital and physical) in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking for legal services rendered.
- Conduct basic legal research and compile reference materials for attorneys.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with office logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian legal procedures or willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields preferred.
