Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Information Systems.
- Conduct high-impact research in areas such as data science, cybersecurity, software engineering, or digital business, and publish findings in reputable journals or conferences.
- Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations, providing mentorship and guidance to foster academic and professional growth.
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop work-integrated learning programs, internships, and research projects that bridge academia and real-world applications.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring courses remain relevant to industry trends and technological advancements.
- Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and university events to support institutional goals and student success.
- Engage in community outreach and public lectures to promote the field of Information Systems and enhance the university’s reputation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and pedagogical methods to continuously improve teaching and research quality.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in teaching, research, or industry practice in Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Strong publication record or potential for research output in peer-reviewed journals/conferences (preferred for Ph.D. holders).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools, e-learning platforms, and digital collaboration technologies.
- Experience in supervising student projects, theses, or industry collaborations is highly desirable.
