Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in electrical engineering.
- Design, update, and assess course curricula to ensure alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.
- Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities to foster critical thinking and innovation.
- Conduct high-impact research in electrical engineering, publish findings in reputable journals, and secure research grants.
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop internship programs, guest lectures, and real-world learning opportunities for students.
- Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and university-wide initiatives to contribute to institutional growth.
- Mentor students and provide academic advising to support their personal and professional development.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote STEM education and electrical engineering awareness.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven teaching experience at the university level, with a strong ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
