Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures and training sessions to students.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and course materials.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lecturer, Trainer, or similar role in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
