Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group tutoring in primary school subjects (Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, etc.) and early literacy/numeracy (Calistung).
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to students’ learning styles and academic needs.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with school teachers and parents to align tutoring with classroom curriculum.
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, including games, visual aids, and digital tools to enhance comprehension.
- Track and document student attendance, performance, and improvements in detailed reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (PGSD) or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Early Childhood Education).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian primary school curriculum and Calistung (reading, writing, arithmetic) fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles.
- Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for weekend or evening sessions as needed.
