Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures and instructional sessions for the Canadian International Matriculation Programme.
- Coordinate and manage the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programme, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with academic standards.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments in alignment with program objectives.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and interventions as needed.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other academic events.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and program activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Sciences, Humanities, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or matriculation program.
- Experience in coordinating academic programs or distance learning initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in curriculum development and student assessment is an advantage.
