Responsibility
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants for mall spaces.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and emerging retail trends in Bali.
- Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and enhance mall visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and renewal of leases.
- Monitor occupancy rates and provide regular reports to management on leasing performance.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease documents and ensure compliance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand tenant prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, retail management, or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
- Strong understanding of the retail and commercial property market in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
