Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewals.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, financial projections, and market insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract high-quality tenants.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and address concerns to enhance retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Proven track record in negotiating lease agreements and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
