Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of learners.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Lead Learning Support Trainer to design and implement training strategies.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of learners, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, learner progress, and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance training methodologies.
- Work closely with other team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or educational support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
