Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs tailored to business needs.
- Supervise a team of L&D professionals, providing mentorship and performance guidance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align learning strategies with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program adoption and success.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance learning offerings.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and program management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness.
- Certification in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
