As we expand our operations in Bali, we are seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Badung and support our growing workforce.

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or logistics).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
