Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions to boost morale and retention.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, goal-setting, and career development discussions.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
