Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Identify skill gaps through assessments and feedback, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to facilitate seamless learning experiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Certification in training or development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
