Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Certification in training or development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
