Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of engaging e-learning modules, training materials, and multimedia content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy in training materials.
- Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and track training effectiveness through data analysis.
- Research and recommend innovative learning technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance training programs.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual or in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Create and maintain documentation for training programs, including user guides, FAQs, and evaluation reports.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling, feedback collection, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate learning, instructional design, or training and development.
- Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) or multimedia design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for designing engaging and effective learning experiences.
