Responsibility

  • Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions and workshops.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and gather feedback from participants.
  • Help maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training databases.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on training activities and outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
