Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions and workshops.
- Conduct training needs assessments and gather feedback from participants.
- Help maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training databases.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on training activities and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
