Responsibility

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for hotel staff across all departments, ensuring alignment with Hilton’s brand standards and local requirements.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities, working closely with department managers to address developmental needs.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and fostering a positive first impression of Hilton.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and leadership training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance training delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
