Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align L&D strategies with business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain learning resources, including e-learning modules, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in L&D and OD to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Proficiency in using L&D tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning software).
