Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate learning programs, including scheduling, enrollment, and logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course assignments, and content updates.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Track and report on training participation, completion rates, and feedback to assess program effectiveness.
  • Develop and distribute training materials, communications, and reminders to participants and facilitators.
  • Monitor training budgets, process invoices, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire training and orientation programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes and implement best practices for scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, or HR operations.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot training-related issues.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools is a plus.
