As an L&D Intern, you will work closely with our People Operations team to support initiatives that drive employee engagement, skill-building, and performance excellence. You will contribute to the entire training lifecycle, from program design and content creation to data analysis and feedback management. Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Support the coordination and logistics of virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and completion rates.
- Conduct research on current industry trends and best practices to improve existing training programs.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of employee feedback and training effectiveness surveys.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team for onboarding programs and internal development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and propose creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Communication, or any related field.
- Strong interest in organizational development, corporate training, and talent management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and familiarity with creative design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global team environment.
