Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute Leadership Academy programs in accordance with the annual learning calendar and curriculum.
- Manage end-to-end training operations, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training activities.
- Mentor and guide training facilitators and participants to maximize learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools.
- Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
