As the lead recruiter, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals, enhance employer branding, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise will shape the future of our workforce, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in Bali’s thriving hospitality and real estate sectors.
Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for hospitality and real estate roles.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members to foster a high-performing talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for hospitality and/or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
