Responsibility
- Define and govern the overall solution architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions, including cloud-native, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS) and ensure seamless interoperability across global platforms.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and recommending their adoption where applicable.
- Establish architecture best practices, frameworks, and governance models to maintain consistency and quality.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, EDI), event-driven architectures, and data modeling.
- Strong background in logistics/transportation systems (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle Transportation) is a plus.
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) or enterprise architecture (TOGAF) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a problem-solving mindset.
