Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems using modern technologies.
- Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices to support financial applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity in alignment with industry standards.
- Optimize database performance, queries, and indexing for large-scale financial data processing.
- Collaborate with frontend teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with financial services, banking, or fintech industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
