Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to clients with overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the finance team to update account statuses and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on promised payments and escalate unresolved cases as needed.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for ethical debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or collection software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email).
- Willingness to work in an office-based role in Denpasar, Bali.
