Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive Scan & Pay adoption among merchants, focusing on retention, engagement, and transaction growth.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, including digital marketing, promotions, and merchant activations.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance Scan & Pay features based on merchant feedback and market trends.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with payment aggregators, fintech platforms, and merchant networks to expand reach and usage.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., merchant acquisition, transaction volume, churn rate) and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Design and implement loyalty programs, incentives, and rewards to boost merchant engagement and long-term retention.
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital payments, fintech, and e-commerce to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving user adoption through data-driven strategies.
- Experience with performance marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Braze).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, tech).
- Familiarity with QR code payments, e-wallets, or digital banking solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a bonus.
