Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate IT processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential IT governance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Support the documentation and reporting of IT governance activities, including metrics and performance indicators.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote IT governance best practices across the organization.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of IT tools and technologies to enhance governance and compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in IT governance to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
- Experience with regulatory compliance standards relevant to the banking and financial services sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CGEIT, CRISC, or CISA are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT governance tools.
