Responsibility

  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.

  • Verify client identities and documentation to ensure secure and fraud-free transactions.
  • Assist clients with account openings, closures, and updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on banking products, services, and promotional offers to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily transaction reports for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
