Responsibility
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Verify client identities and documentation to ensure secure and fraud-free transactions.
- Assist clients with account openings, closures, and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and service delivery.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and promotional offers to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and reconcile daily transaction reports for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
