Responsibility
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a secure and organized cash handling process, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
- Promote and cross-sell PETNETâs financial products and services, such as loans, insurance, and investment options.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related financial role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
