Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with digital banking inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through the use of online banking platforms, mobile apps, and other digital financial tools.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience.
- Educate customers on security best practices to protect their financial information online.
- Process transactions, account updates, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and digital innovations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and digital offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or customer service are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Bali, with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts.
