Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to debtors to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payments, and customer interactions in the system.
- Perform field visits to debtors' locations when necessary to facilitate face-to-face negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies tailored to individual debtor situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and verify debtor information.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices and compliance regulations.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally for field collections as required.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and debt collection laws is an advantage.
