Responsibility
- Technical Leadership: Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill development and a collaborative culture.
- Architecture & Innovation: Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system scalability and performance.
- Project Delivery: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software projects, from conception to deployment, while mitigating risks.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion clean, maintainable code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Security & Compliance: Uphold security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring, etc.).
- System Design: Strong background in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Database Mastery: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and drive technical decision-making.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Trello.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
