Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT service delivery team, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and operational excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, including incident management, problem resolution, and service request fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT service delivery with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and service delivery effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and industry standards to safeguard organizational assets.
- Manage cloud and cyber operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, night shift environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure, CISSP) are a plus.
