Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems across the APAC region.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implementing proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure management, including servers, networking, and cloud services.
- Proven expertise with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, load balancers, and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a global team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
