Responsibility
- Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals, driving innovation and technological advancement.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality technology solutions.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place, including risk assessments, compliance, and incident response planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, propose solutions, and support business operations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital strategy.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation and management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and IT procurement.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology.
