Responsibility
- Develop and maintain TwinCAT 3 applications for industrial automation, including PLC, HMI, and motion control systems.
- Design, code, and debug C#/C++ applications for real-time industrial control and data acquisition systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, project managers, and clients) to define automation requirements and system architectures.
- Optimize existing automation scripts and software for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration with hardware (e.g., sensors, actuators, PLCs).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and API references.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Provide on-site and remote support for deployment, commissioning, and post-implementation maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development for industrial automation, with a focus on C#/C++.
- Proven expertise in Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 (PLC, HMI, and NC programming) and real-time control systems.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and multithreading in C#/C++.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial databases (e.g., SQL, InfluxDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
