Responsibility
- Design and implement Agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Develop full-stack applications integrating AI/ML models, APIs, and scalable backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and technical requirements.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world applicability.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training and deploying AI agents.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI components with frontend interfaces and user workflows.
- Conduct testing, validation, and iterative improvements for AI-driven features.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLM integration, or autonomous systems.
- Strong background in API development, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
