Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure projects.
- Oversee network deployment and ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Develop and implement network security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Mentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Prepare and present reports on network performance, projects, and initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
