Responsibility
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of middleware solutions for banking platforms (CLM Manager, Fenergo).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability for high-volume financial transactions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures in a .NET environment.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., KYC, AML) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 20022).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
- Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-grade middleware or banking applications.
- Strong expertise in database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with financial services standards (e.g., SWIFT, FIX protocol) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
