Responsibility

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to assess their business needs and qualification criteria.
  • Conduct needs-analysis conversations in both Mandarin and English to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads with detailed context and next-step recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Develop and refine lead scoring frameworks to prioritize follow-ups and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance lead qualification.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in lead qualification, sales development, or customer success (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with a consultative approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track and manage leads.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle high volumes of leads efficiently.
  • Familiarity with B2B or SaaS sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support may be provided).
