Responsibility
- Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of UF, RO, and SRU water treatment systems for EPC, offshore, and oil & gas projects.
- Oversee process engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for water treatment challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and technical evaluations to enhance system efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for water treatment initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize water treatment processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on water treatment systems.
- Proven expertise in UF, RO, and SRU technologies within EPC, offshore, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME) and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS) and engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
