Responsibility

  • Oversee the scholarship administration lifecycle, from policy formulation and promotion to selection and recipient engagement.
  • Represent the university at educational fairs, global roadshows, and secondary school engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment data and market trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of outreach effectiveness.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with institutional partners, internal departments, and key stakeholders to support school growth goals.
  • Mentor and lead a dedicated team to achieve institutional enrollment and diversity targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or corporate talent acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore education landscape and international university admissions requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences from high school students to parents and faculty.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and operational workflows with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in data management and CRM tools to track applicant metrics and outreach ROI.
