Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of mechanics to ensure efficient and high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hybrid technologies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate junior mechanics to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and customers to provide accurate estimates, timelines, and transparent communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all workshop activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, Honda service bulletins, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing Honda vehicles, including familiarity with hybrid and electric models.
  • Professional certification in automotive technology (e.g., Honda Technical Training, ASE, or equivalent).
