Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanics to ensure efficient and high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hybrid technologies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior mechanics to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Collaborate with service advisors and customers to provide accurate estimates, timelines, and transparent communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all workshop activities.
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, Honda service bulletins, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing Honda vehicles, including familiarity with hybrid and electric models.
- Professional certification in automotive technology (e.g., Honda Technical Training, ASE, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and workshop management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
