Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair suspension systems including shock absorbers, struts, control arms, and bushings
- Service and maintain steering components such as tie rods, ball joints, rack and pinion systems
- Perform wheel alignments and balancing using modern computerized equipment
- Inspect and replace brake components including calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repair work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues in understandable terms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive suspension and steering technician
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing kaki-kaki (undercarriage) components
- Experience with various vehicle makes and models, including Japanese and European brands
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and alignment systems
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
