Responsibility
- Lead cost analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain costing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on costing.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or technology industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
