Responsibility
- Lead the development of high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles, from concept to execution.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Revit models to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance constructability.
- Generate detailed construction documents, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from BIM models to support project planning and execution.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA BIM protocols).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar BIM tools is a plus.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and construction documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and their integration into BIM models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with global teams.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit or similar are highly desirable.
