Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and design of digital distribution solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assess and analyze system changes to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital innovation within the distribution ecosystem.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses for proposed system changes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital distribution or similar domains.
- Proven expertise in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, system integration, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and business process modeling software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
