Responsibility
- Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels, with a focus on safety and natural results.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized aesthetic plans.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic medicine trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous education and training.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including pre- and post-treatment documentation, in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, nurses, and skincare specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, hygiene, and clinic protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth by participating in marketing initiatives, community events, and patient referrals.
Qualifications
- Valid LCP (Lembaga Cosmetology Perubatan) certification in aesthetic medicine (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and cosmetic pharmacology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and evidence-based treatments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury clinic environment with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit and relocation assistance provided).
