Responsibility
- Lead and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of healthcare facilities development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and budget management to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Drive quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations, patient experience, and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop functional and scalable facility layouts.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to local and international healthcare facility standards, including infection control and accessibility guidelines.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities development, project management, or healthcare infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a senior or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools for budgeting and scheduling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
