We offer a highly competitive remuneration package ranging from RM25,000 to RM35,000 per month, including a lucrative incentive scheme designed to reward high performance and excellence in patient care.
Responsibility
- Provide high-quality aesthetic consultations and personalized treatment plans for a diverse range of patients.
- Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to fillers, botox, thread lifts, and laser treatments.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, ethics, and clinical excellence in all medical procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Advise patients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize results and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and clinical protocols in the global aesthetic medicine industry.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Full Medical Registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Possession of a valid LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privileging) in Aesthetic Medicine is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience practicing in a reputable aesthetic clinic.
- Strong aesthetic eye with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and product safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
- Strong command of English, Malay, or Chinese (to effectively communicate with our diverse client base).
