Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day legal workflows, case management systems, and administrative processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Manage team logistics, including resource allocation, task delegation, and staff performance tracking.
- Supervise client administration, from onboarding processes to billing, trust accounting, and invoicing workflows.
- Implement and optimize legal tech tools and software (such as Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther) to streamline documentation and reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with firm policies, industry standards, and data security regulations.
- Facilitate smooth communication between legal professionals, paralegals, clients, and external partners.
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in legal operations, law firm management, or a senior legal administrative role.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows, legal billing practices, and client administration.
- Proficiency with modern legal practice management software and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional leadership, team coordination, and logistics management capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of detail orientation, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
